At Sadakappda, we aim to ensure timely and reliable delivery of your orders. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully to understand how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
By placing an order on www.sadakappda.com, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation
- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays
- During high-demand periods (sales, festive seasons), processing times may be slightly extended
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking details.
2. Shipping & Delivery Timeline
- Estimated delivery timelines are displayed on the product or checkout page
- Delivery timelines may vary based on:
- Shipping address
- Courier partner
- External factors such as weather, strikes, or regional restrictions
Sadakappda is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout
- Any additional charges (COD fees, remote area fees) will be clearly communicated before order confirmation
4. Dispatch & Courier Partners
- Orders are shipped through reliable third-party courier partners
- Sadakappda reserves the right to choose the courier partner best suited for your location
- Dispatch confirmation does not guarantee delivery on a specific date or time
5. Delivery Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing a complete and accurate delivery address
- Ensuring availability at the delivery location
Sadakappda will not be responsible for:
- Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability
Re-shipping costs, if any, may be borne by the customer.
6. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Packages
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- An incorrect product
- A missing item
Please raise a request through the Sadakappda portal or contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the product and packaging.
Such cases will be handled as per our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.
7. Return & Exchange Pickup Logic
For approved return or exchange requests:
- Requests must be raised through the Sadakappda website portal
- Requests are reviewed within 3 business days
- Upon approval:
- Return shipping labels are shared with the customer via email
- The customer must:
- Print the shipping label
- Pack the product securely in a courier bag
- Paste the provided shipping label clearly
- Pickup is arranged from the customer’s address through our courier partner
Products must be packed securely. Improper packaging may lead to rejection during quality inspection.
8. Exchange Dispatch Logic
- For exchanges, replacement products are dispatched only after:
- The returned product is received at our facility
- The product passes quality inspection
- Exchange delivery timelines follow standard shipping timelines
9. Undelivered or Returned Shipments
If an order is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailability
- Refusal to accept delivery
Sadakappda reserves the right to:
- Cancel the order, or
- Re-dispatch the order (additional shipping charges may apply)
10. International Shipping
Currently, Sadakappda ships only within India.
