Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Return, Refund & Exchange Eligibility

We offer returns, refunds, and exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

Customers may opt for:

  • Return & refund
  • Exchange for a different size (subject to availability)
  • Exchange for a different product (price difference, if any, will be adjusted)

2. Conditions for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for return or exchange, the product must:

  • Be unused and unwashed
  • Be in original condition
  • Have original tags, labels, and packaging intact
  • Be free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations

Products that fail quality inspection will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.


3. Return / Exchange Request Process

All return and exchange requests must be raised directly from the Sadakappda website portal.

Process:

  1. Log in to your account on www.sadakappda.com
  2. Raise a Return or Exchange request for the relevant order
  3. Our team will review the request within 3 business days
  4. The request will be approved or rejected based on eligibility

If Approved:

  • Return shipping labels will be shared with the customer via email
  • The customer must:
    • Print the shipping label
    • Pack the product securely in a courier bag
    • Paste the provided shipping label clearly on the package
  • A pickup will be arranged from the customer’s address

    If approved we'll provide a replacement for the damaged or exchanged product within 5-7 days (we'll deliver the product within 5-7 days) 

4. Exchange Policy

a) Size or Product Exchange

  • Exchanges are allowed subject to stock availability
  • The same request and approval process applies as mentioned above
  • Once the returned product is received and passes quality inspection, the exchanged product will be dispatched
  • If the selected exchange product has a price difference, the amount will be adjusted accordingly

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected at our facility
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only
  • Processing time: 7–10 business days after approval and receipt
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error from Sadakappda’s side

6. Return / Exchange Shipping

  • Shipping labels for approved requests are provided by Sadakappda
  • Customers must ensure proper and secure packaging of the product before pickup
  • Improperly packed items may fail quality inspection

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please raise a request via the portal within 48 hours of delivery along with clear images. Our team will assist you promptly.


8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled

9. Important Notes

  • All requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
  • Sadakappda reserves the right to approve or reject any return or exchange request
  • Repeated misuse of the policy may result in refusal of future service
